The festive set menu runs the grill hard: 10oz NY strip, rib eye or fillet, and yes, a proper turkey and ham for the traditionalists. Roast hake, Dolly’s vegan steak and a butternut squash risotto for everyone else. Three courses, Christmas pudding to finish: €49 a head at lunch, €75 at dinner.
